About & Editorial Standards

Bold World Media is an independent Arizona-based digital news and media outlet covering community stories, sports, business and travel. Our original reporting and interviews bring readers closer to the people behind the stories.

Original reporting and credited sources

Stories marked BWM Original are published by our newsroom with an author byline and publication date. Our live headline feed links to reporting by other publishers and identifies those sources. Linked headlines are distinct from our original reporting.

Accuracy and corrections

Our editorial standards call for checking factual claims, attributing sources and distinguishing reported facts from opinion. Readers and interview subjects can report an error or provide additional context at contact@boldworldmedia.com. Corrections to substantive factual errors should be clearly identified in the affected story.

Interviews, opinion and advertising

Interviewees speak for themselves. Opinions should be identified as such. Advertising is labeled and distinguished from editorial coverage.
